For the dedicated few willing to invest years in experience, countless hours in education, and for those who meet a list of other requirements, they can earn the prestigious designation of Certified Property Manager.

Targa Real Estate Services, Inc. has also recently met IREM's standards for education, experience, integrity and fiscal stability, allowing us to apply for the corporate designation Accredited Management Organization. There are only a select group of companies who have earned this designation because of IREM's strict requirements.
