Assistant Property Manager
Location: Pierce County Type: Full Time
Job Description

Targa Real Estate Services is seeking an on-site property manager for full-service, professional property management firm in Federal Way, Washington to foster and enhance the quality of each resident’s living experience and to ensure the structural integrity of the facilities and grounds.

As an on-site property manager you will be responsible for overseeing your on-site staff, building strong tenant relationships, providing solutions for tenant issues, corresponding with vendors for facility repairs, generating reports to submit to corporate and overall working to continuously improve the units and lands. On-site property managers will be expected to be excellent decision makers and perform all responsibilities in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include:

·         Show and rent vacant apartment units

·         Process rental applications

·         Collect and deposit rents and fees

·         Oversee maintenance of and improvements to all grounds and facilities

·         Supervise onsite staff members

·         Complete and submit all reports to the corporate office

·         Market the property for prospective residents

What We Need From You:

·         Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential management

·         Above-average verbal and written communication skills

·         Customer service experience

·         Must have valid State driver’s license with reliable transportation

·         Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
