Floating Maintenance Tech
Location: Seattle, WA Type: Full Time
Job Description

Do you thrive on having no two days the same? Are you positive, personable, outgoing, hardworking and dedicated to doing the job right? We are currently seeking an experienced FT Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our floater team in Seattle! You will be responsible for completing work orders, apartment turns, and other required tasks. Outstanding benefit package includes AFLAC, medical, dental and vision after 60 days, and a complimentary Employee Assistance Program. Two weeks of vacation per year, a personal holiday, sick time and immediate holiday pay. Position includes care of nearby properties, so reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is a must.

**Must be able to pass pre-employment background screen and drug test**


  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary


  • Previous experience in apartment maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload on time and prioritize as needed
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Customer service skills and ability to work with residents, vendors, and other staff as needed
  • Above average communication skills
