Active Building - Online Resident Portal!

Active Building is an online resident portal that provides a convenient space for communication, service requests, pay online and so much more.

Active Building provides convenient services allowing residents to skip going-to the office and complete necessary communications and functions all online. Services include online service requests, online resident payment and a community dashboard that allows residents to see community updates, events and announcements.

The dashboard provides snapshots of relevant information provided by your management staff. This includes community activity, announcements and upcoming events. Residents also have the ability to compose their own unique posts to share with their community.

Residents are able to create profiles that display their unique personalities and interests. These profiles allow residents to quickly identify their neighbors and create relationships based on shared interests. 

The payment center allows residents to set up online payments. Residents may pay by credit, debit or echeck. Both one-time and reoccurring payments can be set up in the payment center.

Service Requests allow residents to put in online work orders. Work orders are sent directly and instantly to the property manager allowing quicker dispatch and repair times.

Active Building invites are issued by the on-site property manager. Please report any set up or technical difficulties to your on-site property manager.
