Go the extra mile and set up games for the residents. Some ideas involve ring toss, hula hoops, and table tennis. You can also include indoor games like cards.

Events like these make for excellent marketing for the property. Hire a professional photographer or even assign a team member to take pictures. Post the best pics on your property's socials and encourage residents to post about the event.
