Michael Petramalo, President and CEO of Targa, shares about his philosophy in building trust with clients while we manage their asset. First and foremost, I love the business that we as a family have built. I'm also looking forward to the opportunities we have in 2025, with a few new ventures that we are looking to launch.

When it comes to clients, it's really about trust. We know at the end of the day that there are many other options and opportunities for them out there, not only in us trusting them and in their future goals and aspirations, but them trusting us to be able to implement and provide those goals accordingly.

Being able to work next to my father, Tom, and my brother Tommy for the past 25 years has been nothing short of amazing. My father, Tom, started the company back in the late 80s when real estate was quite a tough industry to get into, and we've spent the last 35 plus years building a class A management company.
