Each team collaborates with clients to understand the tenant base, property goals, and transfer data to Targa's oversight. Meanwhile, our marketing team crafts a strategic plan using SEO, paid ads, and a UX-optimized website to generate quality leads for each property.

Since onboarding 800 new units, we've reduced vacancies by 50%, and every review for these properties has been overwhelmingly positive.
